Your responsibilities:

  • Multi skilled across all customer service functions, takes ownership in providing order placement, problem solving, quotations and complaints handling to your customer.
  • Ensures current and up to date standard operating process instructions are in place for each contact centre function
  • Takes ownership of own personal develop in order to maintains and develop knowledge of Staples products, services and processes
  • Expert point of contact for end to end service delivery processes and procedures
  • Identifies root causes via analysing data and proactively suggests improvement initiatives in order to increase customer satisfaction


Your assets:

  • Experience of working in a customer facing role
  • A passion for providing an outstanding customer experience
  • Proven rapport builder with excellent influencing and negotiating skills
  • Strong team player,  who embraces change and continuous improvement
  • Experience of working as part of a high performing team
  • Ability to motivate self
  • Outstanding problem solving skills – shows flexibility and adaptability for the good of our customers
  • Excellent knowledge French and English
  • Bachelor degree
